Beatriz Sánchez-Ortiz is an associate of the firm, which she joined in 2020.

She specialises in Spanish and EU Competition Law.

Her practice covers restrictive agreements and cartel investigations at national and European level, abuse of dominance cases, merger filings and damages claims.

Before joining MLAB, Beatriz completed a one-year traineeship in the Cartels & Leniency Division (Competition Directorate) of the Spanish Competition Authority (CNMC).
