Mariarosaria Ganino is a partner of the firm, which she joined in 2004.

She specialises in competition law and EU law.

She advises clients in a wide range of competition law matters, such as restrictive agreements, abusive conduct, distribution practices, state aid or mergers, both in administrative proceedings before competition authorities and judicial proceedings before national and European courts. Her practice focuses on the pharmaceuticals, communications & media, e-commerce, sports, transport and energy sectors.

She has been ranked in the most prestigious professional rankings, such as Legal 500 and Chambers, that on its last edition (2026), further stages that «She is highly knowledgeable about the matters entrusted to her, and is always available to answer questions and discuss defence strategies».

Mariarosaria teaches competition law in post-graduate programmes and has published numerous articles and contributions to collective works in her field of specialisation.
