Managing Partners Rafael Allendesalazar and Helmut Brokelmann represented Altice at the oral hearing before the Court of Justice of the EU

On 1 February 2023, Managing Partners Rafael Allendesalazar and Helmut Brokelmann from MLAB Abogados represented Altice at the oral hearing before the Court of Justice of the EU in case Altice Group Lux v Commission (C-746/21 P).
Telecoms operator Altice is appealing the General Court judgment that mostly confirmed the European Commission decision in a ground-breaking gun jumping case, not only due to the fine imposed but also because of the important legal issues discussed.
Advocate General Collins will deliver his Opinion on the case on 27 April 2023.
